When ever i do weight lifting excercise in gym am getting severe back paimn and exercise related to back am getting pain.how it can be spoiled

If you wish to lift weights in gym workouts you've to first undergo a spinal extension muscle strengthening programme. Second is proper body mechanics which a physio in orthopaedic and sports field can help you out. The secret is maintaining your lumbar lordotic curve ( the curve at lower back) while lifting heavy weights. Squat and pull up with weight while maintaining the lumbar curve... Enjoy your workouts with proper lifting techniques..

Hello there....., Lift smart. Avoid heavy lifting, if possible, but if you must lift something heavy, let your legs do the work. Keep your back straight — no twisting — and bend only at the knees. Hold the load close to your body. Find a lifting partner if the object is heavy or awkward.... Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.....
