I have been experiencing back pain for the past 2-3 months. The pain generally arises when sitting for long hours or walking for too long. However, the area of pain is not fixed. Sometimes it is the lower back while other times it is the upper back. I cant be sure whether it is muscle pain or related to the bones. Also, I have been taking
Vitamin D3 (once a month) and
B12 (daily). I feel the pain aggravates if I miss the B12 supplements for couple of days. Please advise. My daily schedule involves sitting for long hours as I am a working professional.
