Back Pain problem
I am having back pain since one month but I think it's increasing now. What to do? I am afraid because I heard of it as Disc related and I am a dancer and a sportsman too. I don't want to quit doing these. I am an IT professional and use to work around 9 to 10 hours a day sitting in front of computer screen.

• Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain. Not to worry,   disc  related to back pain is not a danger at all, just too much hype. Try hamstring stretching,  you can get video in YouTube. You will get 30% relief.
Next Steps
get to see physiotherapist specialised in posture correction and trigger point therapy and your problem is solved.  it will take 2-3 weeks of treatment but continue as instructed by physio.
Health Tips
there is no danger to your dancing or IT job, if any doubts about the same do let me know.
