I am having back pain since one month but I think it's increasing now. What to do?
I am afraid because I heard of it as Disc related and I am a dancer and a sportsman too. I don't want to quit doing these.
I am an IT professional and use to work around 9 to 10 hours a day sitting in front of computer screen.
