Having back pain since long time as well swelling in legs if stand for some time. Other problems -heavy weight - bp -sugar

Keep your legs elevated as much as possible, stick to ankle pump exercises, focus on weight loss. Cycling is the best exercise. Need to work on fluid circulation in the legs
