Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.

It can’t be ruled out at one point u didn’t say where it is r u a gym goer at this age if ur having pain Becoz of body building u need to wear a belt while lifting weight and driving a bike for a long distance u need to take rest and have some. Hot water fermentation it may give some relief
