Back pain on upper side
I am having back pain on the upper side mostly on the left side of the back. I couldn't sleep because the pain starts after sometime. What should​ i do?

Sit in right posture in front of computer....Avoid long hour sitting....Take 5 min gap every hourly....Take TB enzoflam twice a day for 5 days.....
