Back pain - numbness in upper back part
I have been back pain for the last 8 to 9 months. I feel numbness and bit of burning in upper lower back sometimes during the day. I feel pain spots in some places in my back. What can be reason for it ? Any remedy for this ?

Hello, As you have mentioned you belong to management profession,I suppose your back problems are more related because of that only. It could be because of wrong sitting position accompanying with travelling on bike.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start doing regular and basic exercise like Suryanamaskar.  And when ever you sit for your work ,make sure you sit up straight.
