Whenever I do some walk or exercise I got pain in legs n joints even in back I hv cal Difcncy I guess please suggest me good medicine fr bones
I also feel tired n exhausted early after doing sone home tasks or offc work pls suggest

The pains are not due to any deficiencies bit due to your professional need to sit more since years. The muscles are getting fatigued and weak due to sitting and when you perform your daily activities on such fatigued muscles they give pain.

avoid being in one position for long. do yoga.
