Back Pain.
My back is paining while doing work. I am not able to sleep properly because while laying straight it's paining, while bending it's paining. While I am hanging it's paining.

Don't sit continuously for long hours. Try to correct the posture while sitting and standing. sitting posture in front of the desktop: hip, knee and ankle should be at 90 deg, forearms should supported on the arm rest of the chair. And do mild stretches at least after every hour. Get your back examined properly.

Backache is caused due many reasons , it need proper physical assessment by experienced physiotherapist , proper cause of pain can be diagnosed by manual test , physiotherapist possess skills for it . After that proper treatment will help you to get rid of pain as well as recurrence of it in future . So find a good physio around to help you .
Next Steps
as of now you can take cold pack on affected area if it just a 24 hr before pain if it's more then 24 hr already take hot pack and apply any apni ointment .
