My back is paining while doing work. I am not able to sleep properly because while laying straight it's paining, while bending it's paining. While I am hanging it's paining.

Don't sit continuously for long hours. Try to correct the posture while sitting and standing. sitting posture in front of the desktop: hip, knee and ankle should be at 90 deg, forearms should supported on the arm rest of the chair. And do mild stretches at least after every hour. Get your back examined properly.
