I have extreme pain in my lower back.And having numbness in my left leg.Done MRI of spine Doctors suggested the surgery because vain is completely blocked .suggest me solution

Surgery will help if you have leg pain. Surgery will not help with back pain. If you can upload the MRI scan report, then it will be possible to comment better.

The pain in your leg is due to nerve compression at your back.
Next Steps
consult a physiotherapist  immediately. You need neural mobilisation if the pain doesn't come down by conservative method then surgery will be the ultimate mode of management
