Back pain in mid right side
Whenever I bend I feel sudden pain in my mid back on right side ,It started before few days when I was pulling a rope and I didn't even force much but the pain is so strong whenever I bend my back I feel it and no stretching working on it

First stop doing any kind of stretching. Stop lifting heavy objects. Can apply diclofenac gel or spray . Can take NSAID with muscle relaxant. You need some physical examination also You may need x-ray
