I have regular back pain which is not tolerable.i Used to drive lot when on tours. When I sit it's not easy for me to stand straight due to this back pain

Back pain usually settles with physio- IFT for 5 days. One pain settles then do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
