Hello there. A full neuro examination is necessary to find out what's wrong. The problem could be the spine and the nerves coming through it. Consult a neurosurgeon or a orthopedician who practices spine surgery. Regards

U need an orthopedician or a neurosurgeon's consultation immediately. The problems looks like it is from spine and it is a bit serious if unattended.
