Back Pain.
I have had chronic pain in my lumbar and thoracic spine. This has been for more than 4-5 months now. I started feeling it when at work. The pain increased after riding my bike and coming across a pothole. I had sprained my lower back after that. Riding my bike to and from work 30kms. Sitting for long hours. Which is not good for your spine. After that I started working out and lost 10kgs. And I am in a better shape. No heavy weights. Only bodyweight training. However, still have the pain and I would like to correct this. I have been practicing yoga as well for lower and upper back pain. Please I need help.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...back pain may be due to muscle strain, disc prolapse, kidney stones etc...I would suggest you to avoid weight lifting and to be cautious during sitting...avoid using uneven and too soft beds...try minimal stretching exercises...take over the counter pain medication...if no improvements consult orthopedic surgeon.
