Back pain during night
Dr. I am suffering back pain and back muscle or near by hips spasm for one month. I facing during midnight and I can't unable to change position during night times. I am troubling moving after bending or picking something up. I applied pain ointments and tablets but temporary relief. My chest and back x-rays report also  normal. Due to covid19, I am unable to go to hospital. I applied heat therapy also. For more than one month i have no work. It severity is average and it causes night time. When I awake, I am become normal. I can't know exact cause. Kindly advise Dr.
