Generally suffer from back pain and spinal cord pains. Which are sometimes unbearable. And also starts getting uneasy

Treatment for Mechanical or postural back pain is different from the treatment for the spinal cord pathology ( changes) . First need to evaluate and diagnose properly,then treatment plan can be made.
