Back pain and not able to sleep
Sitting for a whole day is my job profile, feeling severe pain back for the long term, now even getting worse, my sleep got affected due to pain, pain in my lower back while going for a toilet(Push for pooping). Is there any serious issue for me?

It can be one of earliest symptoms of spondylitis .

Long time sitting can cause slip disc which can be cause of back pain.. get mri done to diagnose condition

Please dont ignore back pain. Mostly it can be easily managed with a few medicines initially but if its persisting better to consult.

Try to sleep sideways and keep changing position.
