Sir I have tmj disorder (said by my dentist). So I am feeling upper back pain and neck pain. Sir can you please help to elevate this type of pain? Please help me.

Tmj pain some time leads head ache also....N neck pain also.....Go to nearest physiotherapy clinic...They vl help u get down of ur problem
