It seems you are experiencing significant discomfort after receiving treatment for typhoid, which included ceftriaxone injections. While ceftriaxone itself is not commonly associated with causing back pain, it's important to consider other factors such as posture, muscle strain, or even lingering effects from the illness. The burning sensation and difficulty in moving could be muscular in nature, possibly myalgia (muscle pain), which can happen after infections like typhoid. However, if you're experiencing persistent pain that interferes with daily activities and the antacid hasn't helped, this may require further investigation to rule out other potential causes. I'd recommend seeing a physician for a thorough examination, as some underlying conditions might need to be ruled out. It's important not to ignore persistent or worsening pain. Meanwhile, rest, hydration, and light movement as tolerated may help alleviate some symptoms. Please consult with your doctor as soon as possible for a complete evaluation.
