Back neck pain

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hello Doctor, I have pain between left shoulder blade and spinal cord. Due this I am unable to move my head right or left completely. While getting from bed it's pain, even I feel pain all the time. This is from last 15-20days, i can feel slightly pain left hand front chest side while breathing. please advise
