  4. Back muscle tear. Deep long breaths!

Back muscle tear
I had upper back muscle tear 2 weeks ago and after consultation with the doctor and taking the medication for a week, I'm free of pain. But I have this shortness of breath and difficulty in taking long deep breaths. Is this normal during recovery phase. Or is there a problem underlying as I don't have pain but just difficulty in taking deep long breaths
