Back main will sleeping
Sir I am having  back pain while  lying on the bed due to which I can't sleep in the normal way( 🛌) and if I try to sleep on my left side it would be very difficult for my to breath so i usually sleep on my right side but still it pains , and when I wake up in the sleep my body will be full of pain ( back side) This all happened after a bike accident A year a ago,so i took xray and consulted doc he some oil ments and medicines but it works only for few days and the pain started coming back again

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.( back and lower limbs) --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. Dear Sir, Can you share the X ray of the same so that we can know what's the problem. Have you done the MRI if not I would recommend you to get it done as there might be some Bony injury missed which might not be addressed during your trauma.
