Back injury.
There is back pain from last 6month.i am an athlete i do sprinting event so during weight training one day i didn't wear the lifting belt & took the heavy weights for which i was injured.i cant take rest bqs every day i have practice.and after 4mnth i have a competition fr bengl.so what should i do for faster recovery?

Hello.. Muscular spasm is an involuntary contraction of the muscles. It can be an result of poor posture,  occupational hazard such as prolonged sitting,  excessive driving,  poor strength of muscles... You would really need to strengthen your back muscles so that they can take enough load and does not go into repetitive spasm and repetitive injury... Try doing some strengthening exercises as well as range of motion exercises to decrease the stiffness and increase the strength... hello.. kindly consult an orthopaedician ..first we need to asses you.. physiotherapy helps in faster recovery...discuss with your orthopaedician and meet a physiotherapist too

you must see an orthopedician and rule out disc involvement and neurological involvement, vigorous physiotherapy including manual therapy., and other required modalities with back and core strengthening protocol will be apt course of treatment
