Back head and neck pain
I am having pain on back of my head (top and bottom ear area )neck and back . The pain is constant it comes some day and comes again another day .I fee there can be some irritated nerve causing it as it is going through hands too.What should I do to cure it? Which doctor should i consult?

Try doing some relaxation exercises like deep breathing and regular walks.
Avoid all electronic devices and mobile phone especially at night before bedtime.
