Back bone pain
I hv problm on middle point bone pain and some times knee also pain whenever sitting ,after getting rest at night ,every day facing pain, ESR also always high

Please check ur serum vitamin D. It's a blood test. Ur serum vitamin D is low

Joint pains with high ESR may be due to arthritis. A detailed history, examination and then relevant investigations are required to diagnose your condition

Better to get a check up of spine hips and knees. Also get arthritis profile checked. Start physiotherapy and exercises. Correct your Vitamin D and B12 levels.
