Back and knee pain from 10years
Pain in knee and back since 10years. Movement gives pain ,else not. Huge pain occurs  when walking or doing somethig .waight  is normal .a little gap in knee and no problem in waist. But both gives pain .  Discontinued of calcium increases pain.

You are suffering from osteoarthritis which is age related degenerative disease of joints. In acute cases movement gives pain.
