Knee pain early oa
Sir,
Iam suffering knee pain from last 3 months
In xray doctors said early degenerate osteoarthritis
Iam doing daily knee strengthen exercises
Iam staying in 2nd floor daily
Daily 1 time to 2 time iam climbing staircase
Taking precautions, slowly iam getting up with 2 foots in 1 step, ( i watched in YouTube)
