Baby weight
My baby girl born with birth weight 2.8 kg but she is small fir gestational age with only abdominal circumference lagging by 3 weeks..rest all measurements were fine.... I had csectuon due to uterine fibroid so even though baby is in cephalic doctor had to take her out in breech positiin..there was no cry immediately and apgar is 4-6-8-10 in 5 mins..Today she is 3 mnths 10 days old and weight is 4.6 kg... Since last ten days she is taking feed only for 5 mins but she smiles and coos a lot and looks active.. Urine output is more than 6 times but is pale yellow sometimes.. Last mnth it used to be colourless.. She is on exclusive breastfeeding.. From the time she is around 3 mnths, instead of feeding her focus is more on surroundings.. Iam worried about her weight.. Pls help

Greetings. Your baby is doing fine. Concentrate on immunization activity by playing with .your baby. Protect against mosquito to prevent against malaria and dengue. Stay at home safe to protect against Covid19. If any need consult through practol.

Yes, her weight hasn't increased much as it would have been expected. I think feeds are adequate and you are focussed well on feeding also. You must consult a doctor for weight mangement issues and baby checkup for other causes
