When should I start cleaning my baby's tongue? Should I wait till 6 months or I can clean it right after my baby is born??

Baby's tongue is more sensitive when compared to adults.
Use of tongue cleaners in not recommended in 6months old baby.
Mostly the whitish colour seen on the surface of babys tongue is due to colour of the milk, which is normal.
