Homeopathic medicine are safe or not i am going to use calcarea phosphorica for my 5 month 5 day old son as he is teething but I have heard some homeopathic medicine have belladonna which is very harmful so please clarify

Calcarea phos and Belladonna are good medicines but they will work only if indicated. Other remedies like Chamomilla, Podophyllum, Calcarea Carb may help more than the remedies you mentioned. Calc phos is the tissue salt. And its absolutely safe for teething. You can give it to your child.
In homoeopathy drugs are indicted for various condition of the pt. So Belladonna is not harmful but using it without indications and understanding its action is harmful.
It's always advisable to consult a homeopath for taking such medications.
