Baby sleeping in arm and shoulder
Hello , my new born baby is 40 days old and he is sleeping in arm and shoulder only , if we put it in swing or bed , he is crying . Is there anything cause him pain during sleep in bed or swing ? What to do ? How to change this ? Plz suggest and advice .

There is nothing to worry if he is feeding well , passing urine and stool normally & is active & has no excessive cry or unresponsive ess .

He has no pain . It’s become his habit.

Keep baby down as soon as you finish feeding him .

Keep pillows on the side of a baby and wrap baby in a blanket while sleeping to give a feeling of someone holding him.

Sometimes baby start cry when we put on bed may be because of jerk or movement when we put him and he wake up. Check for any pain during movement of any part, if it os then consult pediatrician.
