Have a 6 month old son, who has started to get a rash about 3 1/2 weeks ago and it went away and came back and his DR prescribed nystatin but it has only gotten worse. I’m not sure to take him to the ER or not. The dr has not really checked out the rash just said to put cream on it. Has been continuously sick since November coughing congested

Dear parents,.
Your child is suffering from cold & cough. Give syrup Azithromycin 100mg once a day for 5days.
Syrup Wikoryl one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days.
Syp Vizylac one teaspoon ful twice a day for 5days.
For rashes give oint. Nadimix locally. (test before applying, over back of palm for 10 mintues. Than apply over affected area.
