Baby pooped in womb.
Hi, my relative recently went through ultrasound tests . After ultrasound one of the doctor is saying that baby pooped in the womb so have to do the c section operation immediately.  We went to other doctor for ultrasound and the person is saying that everything is normal and nothing happend , he even told that ultrasound machine cannot detect if baby pooped or not? What should he do? Can ultrasound machine detect if baby pooped in womb?

Ultrasound scan can detect any semisolid or thick curdy material in the amniotic fluid. So it can detect if baby has pooped. You didn't mention how much was the duration of pregnancy.

It depends on many factors. Consult for detailed discussion. Ultrasound cannot reliably detects pooping but the liquor have flakes or it will become dirty on appearance in ultrasound but not always correct. Indication of C- section could be many.
