All details are attached in image Baby is on breastfeed Latch and feed well. Feed on demand no schedule feeding Pee 6-7 times Poo twice in a week

Weight gain is less. If the same trend continues, he may need formula as supplement to breast milk.  Please meet a pediatrician.
