Baby moves at 4 months
One day I feel baby movements and other day I don't feel any . Is it normal . I am 4 months pregnant

It is normal Continue iron and calcium supplements Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month Avoid papaya and pineapple Take a boiled egg daily

Hi there, Yes it's absolutely normal. Baby also has sleep wake cycle. Some pregnancy tips for you. -Drink adequate water, 3-4 litres a day. -Avoid eating oily, fried and outside food. -If not able to eat, eat small meals like half chapati at a time and rest food after 2 hours. -Take high protein diet consists of daal, dry fruits, paneer, egg, milk. -Take protein powder available for pregnancy. -Avoid lifting heavy weights -Do walking after every meal for 15 min.( If bed rest not advised) -Do yoga and exercise specially recommended in pregnancy.(if bed rest not advised) -Eat adequate fruits and salads. ( Avoid papaya, pineapple, excess dates) -Do meditation ( very good for health) -Avoid food of high sugar content in case of diabetes.

Hi. The fetal movements are not felt till  20 to 22 weeks in first preg and 18 to 20 weeks in 2 preg . What you are probably feeling is bowel movements . So donot worry . After 1 more month only you will feel the movements .
