My baby(girl) has born on 23.12.2020.
She had jaundice(23.4) after 3 days of her birth and she has kept in NICU for 3 days.
She is sometimes crying continuously for 20 mins and Doctor has given medicine for stomach ache, collicad and calcirol and few more medicines. But after taking medicines prescribed no improvement has seen.
Since 2 days she is not sleeping whole night. She is sleeping hardly 6-8 hrs in a day. I am worried due that. Please suggest.

Hi,
Check if baby is getting enough feeds.
Crying can be due to hunger/ stomach pain. Continue colicaid drops.
Apply coconut oil around umbilicus and massage in a circular pattern daily and bath before bedtime for better sleep.
Next Steps
The sleeping pattern will change as babies grow older, nothing to worry.
