Baby hit his back head

Hello Doctor, My baby is 1 year old . while runnin he slipped his leg and fell backwards and hit his back head ( ot happened twice like this). And today he hit his back head to a iron rod . m much worried. is there anything to worry about? how to know whether anything is serious or not?pls let me know

Just take care , he should not fall . He may get Head injury. At present It looks there is no issue. If he gets any localizing weakness or any neuro deficiency, report immediately. Watch for some time.
