its better to start cow's milk after 1 year of age. As a complimentary feed,its time to start liquid/semi solid home based diet.

No ...wait till 1yr.....use stage 2 formula if needed...continue breastfeeding also at least till 1 yr...start home based semisolid food

Dear parents,
According to me stop milk from 8amto8pm &give semisolid diet like Dal,dalia,khicdi alu kela rice,apple,upama,halwa,patolia,rab,kadi idle poha satu custard etc and from 80pmto8am give mother milk, no place for top milk.
