Baby head hit corner of wall
My baby was playing suddenly he lifted his body upward and his head hit corner of wall and he started crying. After that we saw a hard bump top of his head. We are tensed. Please advise.

If baby is conscious and no danger sign like giddiness, vomiting, bleeding from nose ear, convulsion..
Then no need to worry just apply ice

Monitor for few danger symptoms like reccurent vomitings altered sensorium seizures bleeding ear. If they are there take to a doctor. Apply ice over swelling
