Dont worry its universal posture of newborns for several weeks. So just observe the baby for other milestone development. Does baby had any nicu admission at birth and birth history should be mentioned. By 2- 3 months neck holding should be present , it is the 1st thing to observe

From the picture nothing seems abnormal. But detailed evaluation of baby is required before coming to a diagnosis of CP. It cannot be determined by just an image

Please mention birth history of your baby. We can not diagnose cp by only leg posture Need to more history and clinical examination. Does your baby learn other mile stones accordingly age ?
