Baby fell down from bed with head faced down position...cried much for 10 mins then he was ok.
no vomiting but swelling is there on right side forehead alone..im worried if its all ok he is taking feeds as usual but im concerned much..guilty

In case if baby okk... Active accepting feeds properly with no vomitting Or abnormal body movements & moving all body parts... Watch for 48 hrs... In case of any vomitting pr Ab normal body movements or not accepting feeds do consult.
