My 8-month-old has had a mild fever (around 100°F) since last night, still feeding but a bit fussy. Should I be concerned?"

In millld grade Fever of 2-3 days, there is nothing to worry about, provided child is feeding well, and active in between the fever. You should just manage with PCM.  But if the fever becomes high, persistent for more than 3 days, or the child's activity decreases, then you should consider showing your Pediatrician and getting blood tests.
