Baby fall off the bed
Hi. My 6 month old baby fall from the bed at night on her face. She cried and we picked up her and she gets normal after 10-15:min. But my concern is about her head ? How do i know if she gets any inner injury or everything is ok?

you will certainly know if there is injury by her action. at 6 months vomiting, rolling of eyes, refusal to feed can happen. if nothing and she's ok you think, then she's ok. any local swelling?

The symptoms of internal injury are vomiting, change in behaviour and bleeding from ear, nose or mouth. Observe for these till 24 hours at least. Nothing to worry if child is active and taking feeds.

If baby is not having warning signs then no need to worry.Warning signs include vomiting,bleeding from nose,bleeding from ear,loss of consciousness,convulsions(fits).If baby develops warning signs then you should worry or else no need to worry.
