Hello, I am 11th week 4th day pregnant but in ultrasound baby development shows 10th week 4th days which is nearly 1cm less than actual size.Doctor advised to repeat the Ultrasound scan again in 2 weeks. Please let me what may be the reason? What I should do ?

Needs detailed history Were ur perids irregular ? Was this the first ultrasound? Was an ultrasound done at 7 weeks?

You should do nothing. In fact you should not even worry. Little discrepancy in size of the baby compared to gestational age is a common finding. Subsequent scans may show normal reports. Please consult if the baby keeps on lagging behind in the subsequent scans, with the discrepancy increasing.

Such a situation arises when you have menstrual cycles of longer duration (>30 days). In such cases ovulation doesn't occur always on 14th day. So the size of baby does not match with your date of last period.
Next Steps
nothing much to worry about. consider new date of delivery provided by your last USG as the final one..
