Baby chest
In one nipple of baby chest... It is having white like thing... But she is not having any pain.. please help anyone. . when she was born it wasn't der... When baby was new born we was removing witch milk or neonatal milk from baby breast.... used remove milk till 1 month.. during those times it wasn't there.. now this is visible

If it's painless don't do anything. It will disappear on its own. Also don't squeeze/ express milk, there's no need.
