Hello Doctors.Namaste!one year back I started getting sick everymonth like neck pain and dizziness in head(both at same time) went to neurologist,he took EEG,Ct brain scan as everything is normal they confirmed it as Maigraine(I don't have much headache, dolo cured my headache that time) as my neck pain is worsening (6 months gap) we went to Orthopedician, he suggested MRI and said cervical bulges are there and suggested physiotherapy and neck pain is reduced but Dimness in head is there.Consulted many Neurologists, they said stress etc bt problem didn't cured. So we went to general physician and then diagnosed it as B12 deficiency (150) and vitamin d3 deficiency (17.1)Dimness in head, fear, palpitations, tingling, mouthsores were there 3 months ago.But after treatment I felt much better my palpitations were almost gone, but fear(anxiety) sometimes,I feel like I know what I am doing but not able to feel Myself (unable to explain)dizziness after anxiety attack.is my brain normal?

Well you explained your problem very well . You should go for a simple Thyroid function test (TFT). I need to know your family background and stress level and behavior. I think you are suffering from generalized anxiety disorder and it needs long treatment with safe SSRI medicines + cognitive behavioral therapy.
