B12 and d3
I am diagnosed with b12 and d3 deficiency before 3 months i take 5 b12 shots at every 4th day and 2 d3 shots and 60k d3 tab one per week for 1 month and 1500mcg b12 tab for 1 month but after 2 month completion of dose i still some symptoms like tingling and sometime numbness in my legs and like when i wear shoes it gets worse so how much time it will take to cure and remove all symptoms
