B/l Pleural effusion, basal atilectasis
Hi, My dad is a cml patient and recently he has developed pleural effusion with basal atilectasis and cardiomegaly seems to be present too in ct scan. His feet are swollen and in night he face coughing issue with shortness of breathe. He has been prescribed diuretics and blood pressure medicines along with livoflox, augmentin and zyloric. Do I need to consult senior specialist or the above mentioned Med by his oncologist looks fine.

He seems to have heart failure. This would explain all his symptoms.
