Azithromycin overdose
I have taken azithromycin 500 2 tabs at once mistakenly on starting day for cold. Now feeling dizzi and slightly weak.. What to do?? Should I continue with one tab Or will stop further.

You should not be too tech savvy. Nothing has been to you by taking two tablets of Azithromycin. But you are feeling dizzy and slightly weak because you have read on the internet that  the dose of Azithromycin should be one tablet

For running nose antibiotic was nt required, and one extra tablet will not cause any harm to u and take 1 tablet from tomorrow and dnt stop antibiotic in between
