I am a breast feeding mother and I have Axillary breast tissue, I am taking massage for my whole body, my massager aunty said if she presses the nerves down, it will move... while doing those nerves pain... is she right ? Should I continue ? Though that pain occurs only when she presses it... and then she says to apply hot water...

No need to press. Breasts tend to enlarge naturally while feeding and will come back to previous size once you stop lactation.
